In 1969, PT. Royal Korindah started as a one-man operation of making and delivering custom-ordered eyelashes to local beauty salons. The venture steadily grew to become the world’s leading manufacturer of false eyelashes.
Today, our factory is 26,359 square meters in area with 1.800 employees and produces 20-million pairs of eyelashes annually. In the town of Purbalingga, Indonesia, PT. Royal Korindah is the single biggest employer and contributor to the livelihood and economy of Purbalingga. Many of our employees have been with us since the early days of our factory, and some, from the very beginning.
In 1990, the Governor of Central Java presented us with the Byasana Bhakti Upapradana award for pioneering the development of the first false eyelash industry in Indonesia. In the same year, we were given the Upakarti award – both for our achievements and contributions, the latter presented to us by the President of Indonesia. Furthermore, in 2009, we were awarded the Primaniyarta Award, again given by the President of Indonesia. The Primaniyarta Award is the greatest reward given by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, to the most successful Indonesian exporters, who are deemed role models for other Indonesian exporters.

As a testament to our work, we were awarded the Zero Accident Acknowledgement Award and are ranked as one of Indonesia’s most caring company as a result of our efforts and dedication to our employees.
We uphold international standards and corporate social responsibility and have been awarded with ISO 9001:2008 certification for our Quality Management Systems – a first for a false eyelashes manufacturing company in the world, ISO 14001certification for Environmental Management Systems and ISO 22716:2007 for our Good Manufacturing Practices. Due to our commitment for continuous improvement in all aspects, we are becoming a member of SEDEX and ECOVADIS – sharing our company’ compliance information to all customers.

About Order

Step 3: We will prepare a formal quotation and provide a physical sample for you to verify the design and product quality.
Step 4: Once you approve the quotation and sample, submit a formal Purchase Order (PO) or confirm your order details (items and quantities) by emailing us.
Step 5: We will then send a Proforma Invoice (PI) and an order confirmation, including the scheduled ready date of the shipment.
Step 6: Review and confirm the details of the Proforma Invoice (PI). Your payment on the PI is required to release the order to full production.

Yes. We offer up to 10 pairs of catalog samples free of charge. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes. Simply provide a high-resolution image or a physical sample. We will either identify a matching style from our existing collection or develop a custom design to meet your exact specifications.
All samples are made to order. The standard lead time is 10–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the style, materials, and quantity requested.
If you do not have a courier account, we can arrange delivery via our corporate account. In this case, the shipping costs will be invoiced to you for payment before dispatch.
Shipping estimates are provided upon receipt of your full delivery address and the specific quantity of samples requested.
Product & Service
- The main material used are human hair and vegan synthetic hair. Our fiber material is REACH (registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals is a European Union regulation) comply.
- For fashion false eyelashes, we are using colorful material, glitter, stones, and gems.
Yes, all our lashes are cruelty-free and vegan. Our material is an ethical source, and our product is not tested to the animal.
Our lashes can be worn on average of 10-25 times, with the proper care. However, it all depends on how well you clean and care for them.

MOQ, Pricing and Lead-time
We offer no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for eyelashes on trays without private label or custom packaging. We can cater to any quantity for these orders, with pricing quoted based on volume needed.
Unit price will depend on the style of the final product with other specifications such as packaging, stickers, stamp, and other order components.
Our false eyelashes is freshly made by order, and it’s 100% human made, the lead-time will be varied depends on quantity/style and order components. However, in Normal Lead-time will be around 2-3 months.
Payment Method & Shipping
We are open for discussion for the payment terms, however, there’s a certain term and condition to be met. For amount below USD 5000 transaction, we prefer to have advance payment.
We prefer to receive payment via bank transfer.
The price terms is FOB Jakarta, Indonesia, with the minimum total value per shipment is USD 5000.
Below USD 5000/shipment, the price term will be EXW term.
The buyer needs to decide whether they want to ship the goods via courier, air, or sea. We are open to receive a nominate forwarder (shipping agent) from the customer. We also provide an offer of an international shipping service forwarder if you don’t have a nominate forwarder.
The shipping charge will depend on the weight, volume, shipping methods, and final destination.
Yes, we can just let us know your preference of shipment (air/sea/courier delivery). We will quote the cost for you. Just pay and relax shipment will be arrive to your destination.
