About Order

How do we place an order?

Step 1: Please click here to view our product Gallery.
Step 2: After reviewing the Gallery, email us the specific style code(s) you wish to order. If a desired style is not found in the catalog, please refer to the section on custom product and sampling below.
Step 3: We will prepare a formal quotation and provide a physical sample for you to verify the design and product quality.
Step 4: Once you approve the quotation and sample, submit a formal Purchase Order (PO) or confirm your order details (items and quantities) by emailing us.
Step 5: We will then send a Proforma Invoice (PI) and an order confirmation, including the scheduled ready date of the shipment.
Step 6: Review and confirm the details of the Proforma Invoice (PI). Your payment on the PI is required to release the order to full production.

Sample FAQ

Do you provide samples?

Yes. We offer up to 10 pairs of catalog samples free of charge. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept custom designs?

Yes. Simply provide a high-resolution image or a physical sample. We will either identify a matching style from our existing collection or develop a custom design to meet your exact specifications.

What is the lead time for samples?

All samples are made to order. The standard lead time is 10–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the style, materials, and quantity requested.

How are samples shipped?

Please provide your FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Aramex account number. Once your samples are ready, our logistics team will arrange the shipment using your preferred courier account.

What if I do not have a courier account?

If you do not have a courier account, we can arrange delivery via our corporate account. In this case, the shipping costs will be invoiced to you for payment before dispatch.

How much does shipping cost for samples?

Shipping estimates are provided upon receipt of your full delivery address and the specific quantity of samples requested.

Do you take orders for private labels/OEM?
Yes, we do take orders for private labels or OEM services, MOQ 3000pcs/Artwork/Design. We also have READY packaging designs with lower MOQ. Please contact us by Email or WhatsApp to have further discussion.
What are the materials used for your lashes?
  • The main material used are human hair and vegan synthetic hair. Our fiber material is REACH (registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals is a European Union regulation) comply.
  • For fashion false eyelashes, we are using colorful material, glitter, stones, and gems.
Do you have cruelty-free and vegan material?

Yes, all our lashes are cruelty-free and vegan. Our material is an ethical source, and our product is not tested to the animal.

How many time your eyelashes product can be reuse?

Our lashes can be worn on average of 10-25 times, with the proper care. However, it all depends on how well you clean and care for them.

MOQ, Pricing and Lead-time

MOQ, pricing and lead-time

We offer no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for eyelashes on trays without private label or custom packaging. We can cater to any quantity for these orders, with pricing quoted based on volume needed.

What is the unit price of the private label?

Unit price will depend on the style of the final product with other specifications such as packaging, stickers, stamp, and other order components.

What is your lead-time?

Our false eyelashes is freshly made by order, and it’s 100% human made, the lead-time will be varied depends on quantity/style and order components. However, in Normal Lead-time will be around 2-3 months.

Do you have stock eyelashes with a short lead-time?

Yes, we do have some style of eyelashes stock with a short lead-time. Contact ask by Email for the ready stock items we have or WhatsApp.

Payment Method & Shipping

What is your payment terms?

We are open for discussion for the payment terms, however, there’s a certain term and condition to be met. For amount below USD 5000 transaction, we prefer to have advance payment.

What is your payment method?

We prefer to receive payment via bank transfer.

What is your price terms?

The price terms is FOB Jakarta, Indonesia, with the minimum total value per shipment is USD 5000.
Below USD 5000/shipment, the price term will be EXW term.

How to ship the false eyelashes?

The buyer needs to decide whether they want to ship the goods via courier, air, or sea. We are open to receive a nominate forwarder (shipping agent) from the customer. We also provide an offer of an international shipping service forwarder if you don’t have a nominate forwarder.

How much is the estimation shipping cost?

The shipping charge will depend on the weight, volume, shipping methods, and final destination.

Could Royal Korindah arrange the shipment for me (customer)?

Yes, we can just let us know your preference of shipment (air/sea/courier delivery). We will quote the cost for you. Just pay and relax shipment will be arrive to your destination.
